Refund Policy

Overview

This policy applies to paid consultations, workshops, and written learning plans booked through Solana Learning Library Ltd.

Full refunds

You are entitled to a full refund if:

  • You cancel more than 48 hours before a scheduled session or workshop.
  • We cancel a session due to educator unavailability and cannot offer a suitable alternative date.
  • A written learning plan has not yet been started (within 24 hours of payment).

Partial refunds

  • Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before a session: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours before a session: no refund, but one free reschedule if requested before the session start time.

Non-refundable items

  • Sessions marked as no-show without prior notice.
  • Rush delivery fees for learning plans once work has begun.
  • Printed materials already dispatched for in-person workshops.
  • Completed consultations and delivered learning plans.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule per booking if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Additional reschedules may incur a £15 administrative fee.

Work already started

If you request cancellation after a learning plan intake has been reviewed and drafting has begun, we will refund any portion not yet completed at our discretion, minus a £25 processing fee.

Refund process

Email hello@utilitysycamorepath.click with your booking reference. Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.

Deposits

Private group workshops requiring a deposit: deposits are refundable if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the event. Within 14 days, deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date within 90 days.

Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with a session, contact us within 7 days. We will review session notes and may offer a partial credit toward a future booking where appropriate. This does not apply to disagreements with educational opinions about blockchain technology.
